Aline and Christy (1st Lake Properties) are an amazing team at Palmetto Creek Apartments. They were always helpful, very friendly and ensured that every need of mine was met. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a beautiful apartment in such a great location.

TERRIBLE- I’m very saddened to write this but I must be honest… I do like the office staff and maintenance guys. I just wish the 1st Lake owners were not more responsible and cared more for their tenants than their profit but I suppose that’s what business is about. However I don’t believe business owners have to do what’s wrong to make a profit.
