Found out the manager of this establishment is a construction worker with NO never had dental background !!!Why is he the manager ? Why not hire one that has more experience? Acting like one is not the same. Manager and owner are friends probably. So from management to dentist and staff, I question.. how legit they are in this office . I would never go to an office esp a dental office with out proper training and experience in the field. Ask that manager the difference between a pfm or porcelain.. he was not sure. Simple!
If you’re considering getting Invisalign — GET IT DONE HERE. Dr Van Hazel was the perfect balance of honest, thorough and fair when planning and executing my treatment. I truly can’t imagine having it done anywhere else and am thrilled with my results. She stressed the importance of x-rays prior to treatment which saved me from having issues later on — nobody else I did a consult with suggested this and I’m so happy I did. Staff is also super nice and the clinic is so lovely. Thankful that I found her!
Recently has my wisdom teeth extracted here, and I'm happy to say I experienced literally no pain. I found Dr. Van Hazel to feel like a sister or aunt doing your dental work, which is the type of care I need with all of my Doctors personally. I'm very anxious on a whole and felt reassured the whole way through this very scary experience for me. I'm on day 20 since extractions and I'm almost over the hump completely :)
If you are looking for a new dentist in the Trinity-Bellwoods area I highly recommend Palmerston Dental and Dr. Ilke van Hazel. Dr. van Hazel has recently taken over the local practice and is welcoming new clients.
