I Purchased a used 2015 Toyota on 12/22/2015. The salesman was very inattentive due to other sales/phone calls with other customers. He was either on the phone or walking away from the desk. The car I purchased did not come with any floor mats. It wasnt clean/ detail, even though I was told by the salesman they were cleaning it while I waited. I bought my car in December, it starting smoking within three to four months.Palmers took my car to a place in Theodore to get it fixed.They so called fixed the car. After having my car for only seven months, my oil and water is mixing.What the shop in Theodore probably did was put a sealer in it just to hold it up.

The car we bought was great. Our sales person was great while trying too get us tho buy the car. Wee had to bring the car in for cleaning of our seats and they scraped the side of the car up. They told us they would fix it and sent us to their painter and he done a really crappy job and they basically said that's all they are going to do about it. My car was hit by another driver in which geico was responsible for.and they wanted to take care of the damages themselves.but because I purchased my 2007 sequoia from palmer Toyota in mobile,and they was the only one who I let do anything for my suv.i told geico that I would rather let Palmers fix it because I had that choice.but my God!!!
