My bestfriend and I decided to get spontaneous tattoos yesterday and went to Palmer’s to do so. They were VERY welcoming and friendly. There was a great atmosphere in the entire shop. We got cut a good deal for quality work and we’re both extremely happy with the outcomes. I for sure will be returning for my future tattoos and touch ups to previous pieces 🖤
