Frank came by my house today and took care of my family from the get-go. As soon as he walked in he gave us helpful suggestions, found an issue that would be worse during the summer, and fixed an issue from the manufacturer. You just can't go wrong with great customer service. You should not think twice about calling him for your next service or repair.

The customer service with Frank Palmer Heating and Cooling is absolutely top notch! During the winter I had an urgent need late on a weeknight. Although Frank was heading out to an event, he took the time to stop by my rental house and assess our problem. Because of his generosity and compassion my renters did not go without heat during one of the coldest nights of the year.
Frank has been and always will be our go to guy for heating and air needs. He is dependable and reasonable on pricing. He is a very honest person which is hard to find any more.
