Ok, I gave them a two star. Twice I have had my SUV service by them, twice it did not go smooth as it should. I done better then one lady that sit for over three hours waiting on a 16,000 mile check-up. The service writer's are the front line workers that more than like catch the hell from customer's cause of the break down in communications that is a cancer within the facility.
