I deal with Velonex at least once a month and they are always very courteous and ready to help via email or on the phone if I call in. I spoke with Joshua today and of course he helped me resolve an issue within a couple of minutes as he knew exactly how to fix it quickly, which is so valuable. One of the most important things to us is that they are all very patient with those of us that are IT challenged. Thanks!

At Digital Pro Lab, we have been working with Palmer Technology Solutions for about 2 years now and are a better company for it! Our tech infrastructure is the backbone of our business, and Palmer has helped us ensure that it is being well-managed. Highly recommended!
