Asley went out of her way to identify the mess that Microsoft had put me in and repair it so I could return to work. If you need support for anything on the computer that is not doing what you want it to, call Velonex and feel lucky if you end up with Ashley.

The tech support provided by Josh was exceptional. He demonstrated strong expertise, was supportive, and took the time to ensure I fully understood the solutions being implemented. Most importantly, he helped me establish sustainable technology practices that will continue to benefit our organization long-term. His guidance was responsive, professional, and truly client centered.

I deal with Velonex at least once a month and they are always very courteous and ready to help via email or on the phone if I call in. I spoke with Joshua today and of course he helped me resolve an issue within a couple of minutes as he knew exactly how to fix it quickly, which is so valuable. One of the most important things to us is that they are all very patient with those of us that are IT challenged. Thanks!
