Dr. Palmer is a wonderful psychiatrist. He is patient, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He doesn’t make you feel rushed during appointments and he takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
I my opinion take ur money to someone who will not abandonment patients.
Rachel Williams is efficient, and her telehealth appointments are speedy. That’s about all the positives for this practice. If you call, nobody will answer, and the voicemail box will be full. If you need to switch medications, you only have a few opportunities to do so before you have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Palmer where he’ll tell you that all your problems are due to your weight anyway (it’s actually PCOS, but that diagnosis was made with no thanks to yall). Potential clients, please read my review along with a few others below before considering this location. For anyone else who has or will experience an ordeal, please search on the items I listed below. Do not be persuaded by their eventual reply that there was some form of mistake on the insurances part or any other excuse. (I worked in Medical Insurance for years and know the entire process.) I have a main ins and a secondary. My secondary ins always picks up the copays with “any” drs visits from any dr/facility I make. However, they always collected the copay. At the same time, my secondary insurance was paying the copays as well. My last visit/telephone appt was in 2022. I refused to pay the copay; 1) because of the credit on my acct and 2) shouldn’t have to pay one. At that time I was told “it would be in my best interest to seek another provider”!!!
