That is a NEGATIVE star not positive. Terrible property management company. No communication with owners AT ALL, especially when IAN hit and wiped many out to be homeless. Only time any communication happens is when they want money and raise hoa fees even when its uninhabitable living. Looking FORWARD to move on to the next management company.

This small family run management company should be investigated. Palmer was front and center when Ian happened to introduce us and promote his PA of choice and his out of state restoration company of choice. Palmer has ghosted us at Charlotte Square except when he wants to promote his agenda including assessment billing and bullying. It is terrible here. The grounds look like a war zone. If I could send pictures, I would.

This is an awful management company. They have been absolutely awful handling our square after Hurricane Ian. They are very difficult to even get hold of. They are rude and will do nothing to fix problems. Our pool needs to be tended to after the hurricane and they do nothing about it. If I could give zero Star I would
