Shady Dealings This property is questionable I was contacted by a women who called me from her private phone...not the company phone. I was told I had to provide a color copy of my ID and SSC number $25 for app fee, 6 months worth of rental receipts. 6 months of pay check stubs. I told her I do not have rent receipts because I have been living with family members for over 5 years and the rent receipts are not in my name I was told I would have to pay an extra $250 plus $500 for deposit and $500 first month.
