I was with Palmer Investment for 6 years, renting two different apartments. In both locations any time I had issues they were either fixed day of, or the next day. They make it easy to pay rent and report problems through their website. I would highly recommend their rentals.
The absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of going through. My boyfriend bought a house through them unfortunately and thought all the requested repairs from the inspection had been made. Two weeks after closing it turns out NOTHING WAS DONE. The floor joist are completely rotted with no support for our dining room floors, mold in the basement, and kitchen pipes literally pouring into the crawlspace.
