We were here 2 years ago and liked our experience but the customer service has really slipped. Staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. Won't be back
Excellent service, clean and luxurious space in this historic building. I recommend cocktails in the lobby bar!
From my experience, definitely upgrade to an executive suite if available. The lobby is enchanting with an excellent bar. Starbucks is conveniently located below the lobby. Enjoyed my stay!
Palmer House Hotel was rebuilt in the mid-1920's but previously was built in the early 1870's making it one of longest continuously operating hotels in the U.S. A lot of famous people have stayed here
Wow, such a elegant hotel. If you are Hilton member, you can use free Wi-Fi at your room. In other case it works only in lobby

The atrium in this place is just WOW! So beautiful. Rooms are well equipped and modern. Staff as always at a Hilton property were helpful and friendly. Good location.
Greatest staff Ever! Thoughtful, considerate and always polite! 2nd best item is the architecture and I love the 100 year old photos on the walls!
