The lobby is beautiful and historic. Be sure to have a drink there in the evening. There's a Starbucks on the ground floor, which is convenient.
Hotel gym facilities and pool are wowza!
The lobby is gorgeous and the mezzanine is a nice spot to have a drink.
Always quite the impressive place.
Would not stay here again, room felt damp and unclean. Hand prints on the headboard and dirty clothes in the closet.
It’s absolutely gorgeous building inside. You need to check out the molding’s all over
Beautiful hotel with incredible history (first hotel with electricity and telephones, first hotel in Chicago with elevators). Lobby bar is pricey but a cocktail there is a must.
Our daughters White Coat Ceremony was here. It was so lovely!
