This supposedly four star hotel charges exorbitant amounts of money for all of the basics, i.e. parking, fitness center, wifi, drinks, etc. The rooms are also small and stuffy.
They have great breakfast and better coffee...

the exec rooms are in desperate need of a face lift
Slowest check in possible. This place needs more staff!!
The king rooms are the smallest I have ever been in. Smaller than your dorm room. Pretty much claustrophobic. Stay at the Westin.
