I asked for a room with a view and got the complete and total opposite. Beautiful hotel, but registration guy was pretty snobby.
The hallways by the rooms have portraits from all of the entertainers that have played here over the years

Beware of Potter's! First time ever having a waiter overcharge us by double amount of what our bill was + tip!!! They scam you by not giving you a second receipt if charging back to room, pay cash!!
At your arrival, if you leave your luggage with the bell boys, make sure you rush them for delivery, otherwise 40 minutes!
After my ghost encounter at this hotel at around 3am and reported it to the concierge, I found out that there have been reports of sightings and paranormal activity here. Check out the 13th Floor!
Definitely check out the Balance Spa. Many services to choose from. Full body massage the way to go. Great staff.
