Never shows up and doesn't call or cancel just doesn't show up. Why even waste people's time if you aren't going to show up.
I would not advise using. I am on a deadline and had to move my closing date because my 48hr general estimate turned into 15 days delayed !!and I have YET to still receive an estimate or pictures of one. Save yourself the trouble. They don't understand deadline, urgency, communication, or responsive communication
