I don’t usually write reviews but when you have a great experience especially when you are looking for honest, reliable contractors you have to share. Ryan was able to fix my boiler when we were without heat or hot water. Definitely one to add to the rolodex!
I called Palmer to replace a residential water heater late afternoon on a Saturday during normally closed hours. Ryan picked up and said they would be there Monday morning. True to his word the water heater was replaced, old tank removed and work area was cleaned up Monday morning. Work was neat and professionally done. I have used Palmer both residentially and commercially many times and have never been disappointed with the service response time or quality of work and materials. This is a very honest family run business.
This is a family owned company that has been around for over 40 years. They specialize in hydronic and steam heating but do install quite a few furnaces as well. Give them a call, I highly recommend them!
