My visit was amazing. The kindness I experience in this practice is so evident of Christ's love.
Whaat a surprise to find such a well-prepared, friendly and knowledgeable group of people who work together so well and who have such a positive feeling for one another! I dread the work that has to be done but at least it will be done with careful and friendly people.
Jessica did a great job with my checkup/cleaning. I met Dr. Knause for the first time as he had to take care of a little cavity. He was very kind and gentle.
All staff were grate met me at the door and right in to my appointment.The cleaning was fast and complete.

It was the most professional, polite and loving staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Palmer was gracious, kind and extremely knowledgeable reguarding my concerns and put my uneasiness to rest. His bedside manners were impeccable.

1) Jessica always makes me feel comfortable. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. 2) Dr. Palmer checked on a minor problem and clearly explained my options. 3) Check-out clerk (not Celia): I pointed out that I used my dental insurance for the first time but was not explained how this would be processed. (Not a big deal though, just a little room for improvement).
