Gums were very sore days after cleaning. I do remember when the lady was cleaning my teeth thinking this has never hurt like this before. She did say "let me know if I hurt you" Well I pulled back but couldn't really say anything with tools in my mouth. I normally have a very good experience at Dr. Palmer's office. I think I will request a different person to clean my teeth the next time.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service we received. I have a 6yr old son and my main concern was the office kid friendly....and the answer is YES! She was patient and friendly and explained to my son step by step what she was doing to make him comfortable . From the first phone call to the front of the office to the back I have no complaints.....THEY ARE AWESOME !!

RecommendedThe Hygienist was so awesome and made me feel comfortable! Dr Palmer is very nice and I am setting up treatment plan to get my teeth fixed. Everything was modern and updated! The front office staff was also nice and I didn’t have a long wait time at all! Very pleased!

Just wanted to say what great dentist Dr. Palmer is. I am terrified of dentists. I don’t go till it’s a have to case. Dr. Palmer has changed the way I look at dentists. First experience was a tooth pulled. I left thinking wow, that wasn’t bad at all, I could have had them all pulled. Thursday was a root canal. I left again thinking wow that was the easiest root canal ever. Dr. Palmer has changed the way I feel about dentists. Thank you Dr. Palmer.
