Ray Hilburger is an excellent salesman. He just gave me the information I asked for. I received excellent options and he was honest about the pros and cons. I was expecting to be pushed to buy the most expensive car I qualified for. But instead he listened and gave me options that fit me and my family’s needs. You couldn’t go wrong with Ray.
Amazing experience, by far the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Thank you to Calvin for all the help and Angela for sending me in the right direction, along with the rest of the staff for making this as easy as possible and helping me get into the vehicle I wanted. Can’t say enough how much I appreciate it.
JEFF HAINESSSSS BAYBEE. This man is a gift to Palmen (and me). I came in here with terrible credit and a sense of hopelessness. I know the entire team had something to do with helping me get a new car, but Jeff was the bridge to make that happen. So thank you to the entire team, especially Nolan, who recommended I come here. You have a customer for life, and I’m forcing my entire family to become Palmen people as well. Love you Jeff, you da man.
I stopped at Palmen Kia on my way to Michigan because my media/navigation screen wasn’t working properly. Victor and Ethan were incredibly helpful—they took a look, fixed it within five minutes, and had me back on the road! I really appreciated their friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend!
