After 15yrs it was time for a new car. We came back to Palmen where we purchased our last vehicle and looked up our guy, Shawn Haas. Ray was absolutely amazing to work with. I came in to look at a car and talk about getting a new one not knowing if I was going to be able to do it. He would call and touch base with me along with reassuring me we could figure something out. I came back in and he helped me get a brand new car and was very patient with all the questions I had!
