Oil change was done quickly the only thing I was unsure about is a tire rotation which normally is included with your oil change at other places. Still got charged for that . The man who waited on me was very nice and professional. But my favorite guy still is Shawn he is the guy to go to when you need a car been with him for over 30 years!!
Had a great experience purchasing my new to me car at Palmen Motors. My salesman Gene took great care of me and was very responsive to texts and phone calls when I had questions. I would recommend them 1000%, and will be a return customer when the time comes.
Mike Moreno was very awesome. Found a vehicle that I was looking for. I highly recommend him if anybody’s looking for a car come and see him. He sold me a nice Kia Seltos. My experience with the service department is 2nd to none, 1st class all the way! Every time I come in for service. I’m greeted immediately, any concerns about my vehicle are addressed, I’m in and out on time and the prices are very fair! I highly recommend them, by far the best!
