Warren “Wheels” is the best. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. And that’s not to say I have had bad ones, I haven’t, but Warren is awesome. Patient, kind, knowledgeable. You can just tell he’s good guy. The next time I buy a car I’m going back to see Warren!

Kudos to Victor, the service manager! A couple weekends ago my family and I were driving back home to Ohio and developed some engine trouble. It was late on a Saturday afternoon but Victor got our van in to at least get an initial diagnosis. They weren't able to fix it on the spot because it was close to closing time and would require much more work to properly diagnose the issue and get it repaired.
