We bought two used Kia Sportages at Palmen Kia Kenosha over the years from our helpful salesman, Joe Soto. Recently the 2018 had some issues with the engine and it needed to be replaced (previously there was a class action suit against Kia for faulty engines). With extra efforts by the service team, manager Victor and assistant Charlotte, they went above and beyond to push through service paperwork and conducted many conversations with KIA to get our engine replaced at no cost.
