We've lived at Palma Sorrento for many years. We recently needed multiple service repairs. I wanted to give a 5-Star shout-out specifically to Juan and Diego for their prompt and professional repairs they performed for us. They are an asset to the company.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Units are not guaranteed. They can bait and switch you by offering you a unit, having you pay and sign for it and then the day of tell you its not available and push you into another unit that doesn't have what was promised (e.g. a garage). This has happened to multiple tenants that then get stuck here because its not easy to just find a new place day of. Shady Property Management. If you value being respected don't move here. They couldn't care less about screwing you over.
