It took over a MONTH to get a new washer/dryer unit And that was after we called and emailed for two weeks. They also just showed up and dropped off the washer/dryer during a storm and left it outside uncovered. When they did put something over it quickly fell apart. I applied and signed my lease back in early September 2025. Unfortunately, everything since then has been a complete nightmare. The first apartment I was assigned was unavailable due to issues with the previous tenants. I was then offered another unit, signed the lease again, but that apartment was not ready by the agreed-upon date due to the inspection. It is impossible to get the maintenance crew out to fix a simple broken screen . We have been waiting for 2 weeks to have this replaced , plus we have other open tickets and there is zero communication or updates whatsoever even after multiple attempts to contact the leasing office and them giving us the run around . We have lived in other Essex properties for years but this one so far has been the worst .
