This apartment complex had no problem taking a security deposit equal to an entire month's rent, but when it came time to move out, they found every excuse possible to keep it and even added ridiculous extra charges on top. I am rewriting my review because my original review appears to have been hidden. Unfortunately, my experience with Palma Sorrento Apartments has continued to decline. As of today, maintenance requests submitted on May 22 remain unresolved, despite frequent communication from management highlighting how quickly maintenance issues are supposedly addressed. New maintenance guy disrespectful!
First time leaving a review. We lived here before Covid and had positive experience. In fact, we enjoyed living here that we decided to come back last year. Unfortunately, our experience this time has been completely different. Before moving in, we signed our lease, set up PG&E, set up renters insurance and completed everything required to move in.
