Resident from Oct 2021 - July 2023 I can’t speak on the back units (2bed) but my experience in the front units (1bed) was okay. At the beginning I didn’t have any major complaints except the washer and driers being extremely dirty, I submitted multiple requests to get them cleaned but action was never taken. I opted to using a laundromat instead. Current resident here. First thing first is safety. My first night sleeping here the police was called to my door "accidentally" by a neighbor. First week of moving here my car was broken into. The gangs tag up the building but the staff do a good job at quickly cleaning it up. However, I don't feel safe and content here. & I feel as though I am being targeted by one of the people who live in the building. There are no camera's so theft is welcomed. Not worth the price. Super small and neighbors are terrible, always fighting for parking. Office lady Lupe is a waste of time. Extra charges for everything!!
Kitchen constantly leaking, cockroaches, extremely over priced with black mold in between the corners in the restroom. Horrible.
