I have called for a week, also emailed them and even went to the office. The voicemail was full, never got a response in email, and no one is ever in the office.
Shauna made moving into the apartments super easy. This was my first time renting a place on my own, and she was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She answered all my questions quickly and got us moved in without any hassle. While she was away, Stephanie jumped in to help too, the officer staff is great! I had an issue getting my shower caddy hooked up, reached out to the maintenance man and he came by to help me before the day had even ended. First of all, Shauna is amazing. This is our second time living here at Palm Village and we’re so thankful to have come back. From the very beginning of reaching out to inquire about availability to move in Shauna was on top of everything! Her response time to any issues that come up is very quick and always with a solution. We understand she’s very busy and yet makes everything a priority. We can’t stress how important that is to us. I have been living here for about 8 months, and I must say I have enjoyed my experience here this far. Day one … Shauna ( leasing agent) very patient, understanding and friendly. Always answering my emails and fixing issues quickly. This is a nice quiet and friendly community.
What an amazing experience with great people all around . Was looking for a safe place to live with a comfortable price and this was the perfect place thank you to Shauna in the leasing office for making the experience quick and easy for me while I had my stay .
