I moved here in the year of 2009 because it was close to my job. I was only there for one month and mold started growing on my bed sheets and clothes . They gave me a small amount of money only to wash my clothes. Mostly everyone who stays here has mold problems . Do not move to this place it's not good for your health.
They take money from people but dont fix what not working, the ceiling is leaking the ac is out and has not being working for weeks with this heat in Florida 98 degrees in my apartment. Scam no one move here.
Bad for business. Collected my money and have yet to her back from them. I've been calling for over a week no response. Please if anyone is having these same issues report it to BBB. THEY ARE A SCAM
this complex is a scam. They have refused to due maintenance on my unit. The apartments are infected with mold. When I send emails they completely ignore the problem and ignore my calls. THE PLACE IS Horrible AND THE LEASE SAYS MICHIGAN. DO NOT RENT HERE. There’s nail and glass all over the complex. And I haven’t been able to use my AC since I moved in.. THE APARTMENT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES
UPDATE: had no property managers for a month, AC is broken, no maintenance guys on sight. We are basically living in an abandoned building but it’s not abandoned. They refuse to give us refunds, after I got voice recording stating they will. Please do not come to rent here! Black Mold; no property managers; property owner is a SCUM!
