Worst possible place to live. Never ever had lived in a place where gunshots are so close and the huge amount of stupid rules to look like they care about security makes it even more ridiculous. Besides that you will not be able to sleep since they are freaks about landscaping. They start cutting the grass at 7:30 and blowing the leaves with noisy machines and they don't care about anything, They will blow the leaves the dust and the stones on top of your car. This used to be a nice place to live. Unfortunately my car and several of my neighbors cars recently got broken into. The gasoline was removed from my tank and my car was torn up inside. I wish that was the only negative thing I had to say about this community but parking arrangements are horrible. There is only one parking space assigned to each unit (even 2 &3 bedroom units) so if you have more than one vehicle be prepared to be towed or park your car in the front office (outside of the gates) and be prepared for someone t... read more
