Rats and roaches galore The rats are the size of cats. I never seen so many roaches
Huge Rat and roach infested Infestation of large rats in the walls. Roaches out if control save your money management doesn't care won't fix anything reply or kill the rodents. Mold in apartments ceilings falling from the mold pipes bursting. Holes in ceilings and walls big enough for you to crawl through the next apartments. The rent is too high. It's empty out here for a reason.
Great location, close to the beach, rent is very reasonable. Love it!
Palm View was a great place to live. I was there almost five years, and enjoyed it very much.
