I’ve been going to Palm Valley pain management for about four years now, and I’ve always been taken care of so well. Dr. K is diligent about keeping track of the medicines you’re on and knowing when an Injection Is going to be more effective than pills. Her assistant Iliana, is as there as it comes. She answers the phone or replies back to you as quickly as possible. I feel very well taken care of by Palm Valley pain management.
Dr. Karimian is the one of the few doctors who still believe in listening to the patient and asking questions and wanting to try different ways to help, NOT just pushing pills. She's the the best doctor I've ever seen and I see alot of doctors unfortunately. I could not recommend anyone more weeks highly. She was the only one who gave me hope.
Dr K was congenial, empathic, professional and conveyed her sincerest concern for solving my Meralgia Paresthetica and Sacroiliac pains. There were significant complications due to spine issues however, she was very patient and approached the solutions with care and a 'bed side' manner which conveyed not only true professionalism but a physician who cares about her patients . I am not cured or pain free but the intensity of pain has been reduced. Dr K is the true model of a caring and professional physician.
