Do not rent here. They are built to scam its residents. Service is poor. They also tow your car from the space that they charge you every month. If you have a maintenance request, good luck to you. It will take for months to get a service, and if you put emergency request and if they think it is jot an emergency they charge you $150 extra. Only renting personnel are good and professional, rest of them throw to the trash.

I have been a resident at Palm Valley for coming up on 5-years, mostly because I lacked motivation to move. This is absolutely the worst apartments I have ever lived in in my life. There is theft, and then property management fails to notify residents of vehicle and motorcycle thefts, out of fear of it affecting residents desire to live here. My car was towed from my parking place the I pay rent for, and then I had to threaten going to court to get the to absorb the costs of the tow bill. The office used to take in packages ... read more

Fire alarm goes off while you are sleeping and this is apparently been happening for years, no solution.It is so annoying to get woken with kids and all. I would be moving from here because I cannot imagine having a baby woken up by such disturbing noise.It takes as long as 25minutes to say the least. I have never had such an unpleasant experience residing in an apartment.
