I had a great experience with this clinic and the staff. I came to them when my cat got sick. The doctor was very kind and explained to me what was going on with my cat. He gave me options on what I can do for her. When he got the lab results back he called me right away. She had a virus that has no cure and the doctor was honest with me on what the next step would be. He didn't try to make me spend more money and pretend there was help for my cat. Their caring and understanding for the animal as well as the animal parent is virtually non-existent! My dog had puppies one of which had a cleft palate, when asked for help all we got was starve him to death or you euthanize him. We have been coming to this facility for years, from my Rottweilers to my English bulldogs, and I will never return to facility again!
