My dog Arthur has been a patient at Palm Valley for over 10 years. They used to be a kind and caring Vet. I have spent a lot of money with this office. Fast forward to yesterday. My 15 year old pup who has been out of pain meds for a week due to Palm Valley’s miscommunication with the Pharmacy Let me say, they have become a cold uncaring vet. The support staff is rude, unprofessional, I have let my friends and neighbors all know about the situation with Palm Valley, and sharing our new vet information.
RecommendedI can’t say enough about how wonderful this clinic is. Our dog suffered from a prolonged illness and staff were so kind and loving to her. We needed numerous emergency appointments and almost always they squeezed us in somewhere. When her illness became complicated Dr. Hatch consulted with a specialist to make sure we were on the right course, and he called me regularly just to check up on her after difficult appointments. I would highly recommend this clinic!
Dr. Hatch takes such great care of our four dogs and cat! We couldn’t be more grateful.
Dr Hatch was wonderful and very gentle with our little kitty Chloe. We had such a good experience with the entire staff.
