#Not to be trusted. Read full review on Yelp! After they used an incorrect address provided by the hospital, and never trying to contact us directly to remedy the mistake on the hospitals part...they sent us to collections for 20$ From the reviews on Yelp...seems like it's part of how they operate. #Disgraceful
Dr b has been my kids dr. Since my 13 year old was born... she's been fabulous to us.. at one point in time we even had her cell phone number to call her off the clock.which we did 1 time .when my son was born that night she was there at the hospital to check him over.i have no problems there and everyone I have encountered have been great. I know they have gotten extremely busy these last few years but my loyalty is to this place. I trust them to care for my kids more than I trust the emergency rooms to. I normally wouldn't do this but I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Dr. B isn't the same as she used to be and her front desk staff are not only rude but are in my opinion poorly dressed. I've never had more of an issue with a doctors office than I have here in the past year. Trying to get records from them for almost a year ago for my kids to have their well check-up visits is almost impossible.
