Words CANNOT describe how happy I am that Michaelson Group is no longer managing St Charles Row in St Petersburg, FL. Talk about a WHIRLWIND of a year with this company. My complex has went from that diamond in the rough to a dangerous place to live. A rating of 1.4 is generous. My dead grandmother could manage a property a better from her rotting casket than Michaelson could ever imagine. NEVER rent from this property management company, unless you are okay with a crapshoot life.
Great location, excellent school district and close proximity to all your needs. Very nice apartments and Geoff was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex.
This is such nice place the units are upgrade and with lot of space. The amazing of this is the staff specially Geoff, he make the process so easy and such a wonderful person this is the best service by far, I stop by to just look and after 1 hr maybe less I was signing the contract. Thank you so much for this and I do recommend this place 100%

Um, a review of Chesapeake where we lived from 2014 till 2017.......Wow, so where do we start.............When we first moved in, the day I came to sign the lease, they had already promised my apartment to someone else. Needless to say, that it got fixed quickly so that it was ours, but come to find out the apartment had been flooded, that is why we had to wait to move in. Geoff is amazing at his job. Friendly, knowledgeable and just an all-around great person. He makes the idea of living at Veranda Apartments a great option.
They take a long time to do repairs and charge more then they should especially on water my brother who lives their is paying almost $120 for water when he only lives by him self and most of time isnt their. i have a house pay $110 and have 6 people living with me and all the watering my wife does in yard and laundry... they are definitely over charing him. We live in the same area am just 1 block from him.. smh.... would not recommend living here.
