RecommendedI enjoy working for a company that allows room to grow and shows loyalty to its Employees. I feel as a management company we strive to take care of our acquired communities. Our owner of Michaelson Group no matter how large we grow is available and responsive to his employees concerns and needs. That hands on feel and family environment is rare in my opinion.

In 5 years in this complex, the apartments (the park in the waters) i never had the worst experience since yesterday (6-1-19) 8:27pm when the air conditioning stopped working n today (6-2/19) at 12:45 am nobody show up even telling to the operator the situation with 2 senior persons in the unit, 1 disarched from the hospital with high blood preasure failure, this never happened before with the last property management but their r good aplaying fee. this have to be stoped n for sure have to be REPORTED to the county authority
They have not come to fix the mildew in our bathroom. They are not involved with the residents and seem like they don’t care.
I moved into the Park at Sorrento two months ago and I can’t wait to get the hell out. They lose your rent, make up fees to scam you out of money and the apartments are disgusting and falling apart. STAY AWAY.
Do not make the mistake of ignoring these bad reviews. I currently live in their Affinity complex. I once lived in an apartment with a sinking living room floor and mushrooms growing out of the carpet and I would take that over this place. Let’s start with the lease. If you are planning on paying your rent with the GI Bill, don’t bother. Rent is due by the 3rd and with the VA’s inconsistency, you’ll likely pay, a minimum, $150 extra regardless. My daughter-in-law has had ongoing pest infestation problems at Moncler Willow Lake Apartments in Lutz. She is pregnant and lives in a disgusting roach-infested apartment. I am concerned for the health and well-being of her and the baby. She is a very clean person and has never had an issue before at other places she has lived. They bug-bombed (chemicals with a pregnant tenant) the place last month and all of the roaches are back. They are in her refrigerator, dish washer, kitchen, and other areas.
