They’ve had a sewage problem for weeks... it’s flooding the parking lot and you get home from work you stepping on sewage!! Their suggestion is to park 3 buildings down from yours instead of getting it fixed... Also they don’t take care of their landscape right outside of the unit unless YOU pay for it... ridiculous... maintenance personnel very people friendly but MANAGEMENT IS NOT...
Great looking place, they have really cleaned everything up nicely! Geoff in the office was a lot of help and really made sure we feel at home. The apartments themselves are updated with nice new materials and new appliances. The community really seems great.
Terrible Terrible experience. Not only were my payments always on time but I never gave this company any problems. I moved out of a complex that they managed until I moved out. Now I am getting the run around about my refund for my deposit and rent overpayment and will need to take them to small claims court. Avoid doing any business with this shady company.
RecommendedBeautiful landscape, very quiet and cozy because we are a dead end complex directly set back off of US 19. no thru traffic so i love it. bus stop for myself and the childrens schools is right out front on 19. Amenties are amazing, i get to have coffee in the most beautiful clubhouse every morning. As well as cook on the gorgeous propane grill in the summers. only a few down falls here which would be the pricing and fees and the fact that the OWNER has no compassion for the hard working families that live here. property manag... read more

My fiancee worked for Michaelson Group for over 5 years and changed careers about 2 years ago. We continue to live on a Michaelson group. They don't pay their bills on time and one morning I woke up to having no electric meters on my garage is and I could not get in some my office neither my vehicle then when I reported it to the main office it' took them overnight till the next day for them to fix this situation and they decided to leave my garage door open overnight while I had $17000 worth of stuff in my garage,, How unprofessional the new property manager is a complete a****** and has no care in the world for anyone else but himself... The experience that I’ve had with Michaelson Group since the takeover off Deerfield apartments a few months ago has been nothing short of terrible. I have been a loyal Tenant of Deerfield for three years and because I decided to move am now being charged ridiculous move out fees —I will be going forward with a formal complaint if nothing is resolved .
