First experience here. Saturday morning oil and filter change. On time for 10:15 appt. Now 1:40 later and still waiting. Service writer says they are “half staffed on Sat with the same number of appointments”. Not a happy camper. Finally done after 1:50. Asst service manager took $20 off since I had to wait but I had internet coupons for parts and service that would have achieved the same result. I will definitely return when purchasing another vehicle. My salesman, Reginald was excellent and nice and most of all very helpful in finding the right car. The entire sales crew are excellent! However when financing the guy was very nice but misled us on the extended warranty. After getting home and reading the contract, we returned and talked to Cheree (customer relations) and another finance lady, Rhiannon, we were very happy new car lovers again.
