Palm Terrace is a great place to live, especially, when Alma & Marin was here. I removed my original post to say that I have my doubts, now, regarding the morale of the community. I haven't had much contact with the new manager and when I did, she wasn't very friendly or maybe she was having a rough start. We, the residents, were hoping to have a meet and greet because my impression could be wrong, but overall, the grounds are still being kept up nicely minus the occasional flooding and if we accidentally receive someone els... read more

Worst apartments to live and I was here in three different eras of my life. Favoritism towards Individuals due to their Hispanic or Latino race giving potential illegals free allowance to not have insurance, have dangerous kids with bb guns, knives and one child who murdered by another years back they played off as a suicide or what have you harbor fugitives like Torence Alexander 2 to continue criminal activities considered an "original" and untouchable after 20 years
Palm Terrace has been a wonderful place to live. I believe it is the best complex in Auburn.. The grounds are kept nicely and maintained weekly. Alma Paz is fair and treat her residents with respect and courtesy. Palm Terrace Maintenance works hard to upkeep and make repairs in a professional and timely manner. Palm Terrace is a family oriented community and as as a resident since 2004, I can say that it's been a pleasure to live here.
