Can I give this place 10 stars? Literally saved me from years of damage to my hair and wonky haircuts. The staff genuinely know what they are doing. I usually get my hair done by one of the owners, Ronnie, she is so knowledgeable and really cares about making her clients feel and look good. She's an absolute angel, I can't recommend her enough. I've also gone to Colby and Mackenzie, they are just as wonderful and do a great job!
I came to Colby a few days before my baby shower, 35w pregnant desperately in need of self care. My haircut was exactly what I wanted, suited my face and the experience was wonderful. They offered helpful tips on what different levels of layers would mean for my look and maintenance. The shine treatment definitely works & was quite relaxing! I asked for a quiet session during my appointment booking and it was exactly that & still very friendly. After 8 years in Toronto, I have found my spot!
Palm Sunday rocks! They are the most accommodating! I was fit in last minute for a blow out with Lauryn and I couldn't be happier
