Horrible Horrible business practices! In August 2017 I booked a rental house through Vacation Palm Springs for 5 days in April 2018. Now it's February 2018 and they cancelled the reservation on me. With only two months notice. They haven't refunded my deposit, they haven't offered me any discount on another purchase and they refuse to accept blame. Do NOT Rent or stay in Palm Springs. We had homeless people digging through the trashcans at night. When we called the Palm Springs police, they told us not to communicate with them, which we agreed with, but we waited hours for the police to come but they never came.
