LONG POST BUT SO IMPORTANT. THEFT-FRAUD-SCAM!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Booked online and paid the deposit. A month later I received an email saying my trip was canceled, I wouldn't be getting refunded, but instead a credit for a future vacation. Do not book through this company , they ably care about the charge , we got there July 08/31/20 the jacuzz ie was not working the BBQ grill was not working , the whole day instead of enjoying my vacation I was on the phone trying to get someone to come and fix those problems, after 6 hours they sent someone but he was not able to fix any thing, next day sent more people and the fix jacuzie and the lights but the BBQ grill they weren’t able to fix it , I tried to talk to a manager but moonbeam was responsible .
This is ridiculous. ***** ******* *** ********* ***** ** *****I rent this property from vacation palms springs. This is a joke. Paid 1000$ for two night. Brought my air elderly parents here for a vacation to use the Jacuzzi and pool. And Iam so embarrassed . This house is a disaster. Jacuzzi doesn't work, padio lights don't work. BBQ grill dosent work and believe it or not the remote controls for TV don't work.it says low and battery. Poor things cant even turn the tv on. My family and I recently stayed at the Marshall House. Overall the property was fine but the management was terrible. We were given an incorrect lockbox code and locked out of the property for 45 minutes. There was a terrible ant infestation that was reported but not addressed during our stay. Issues with the pool heater. A week after our stay we received a $500 damage charge in retribution for a bad review on the Wyndham site. We were charged for damaging the BBQ grill and other things we never even used during our stay. A ... read more

Mr. ******** did experience a couple of issues in the rental. When he arrived there was some confusion regarding access to the home. The home requires a meet and greet in which one of our property managers meets the guest at the home. On the day Mr. ******** checked in our property manager was delayed and the guest was unable to access the home for 45 minutes as reported. Absolutely the worst vacation ever! We stayed at Copa Cabana and this property was nasty. First, you have to drive to their office which is 30 minutes out of the way just to receive a piece of paper that you can get over an email. When we arrived at the property we were so confused because your first impression is of a run down building with tagging on it! Yes, tagging! I am writing this review to warn others of poor customer service and business practices from Vacation Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA. In September, 2017, I rented condo for weekend use at the end of April 2018. At the end of March, I received a phone call stating that the condo had been sold and wasn't available for me to use. Ms. W******* said she would send me some other available condos to possibly rent, but if they didn't work, they would refund me my money already paid.
