I was very pleased with my visit today. The hygienist (SORRY can[t remember her name) was excellent. She was thorough, instructional, professional..very good. Reuben did a stand up job on the in office whitening. He made sure I understood everything he was going to do...he did his utmost to make me comfortable...It felt like a spa treatment and I loved the outcome. Having used other dentists in the Palm Springs area, I have finally found a top notch dentist and great staff in "Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry". Dr. Tom has the expertise, experience, communication skills for which I have been searching. The friendly staff perform their activities in a professional and caring manner. With regard to charges, the fees are within the norm for the area and there are no surprises because options are discussed prior to any procedure is performed.
My first visit and subsequent visit today, Oct 3, 2017, I felt the office was very clean, staff very courteous. the service etc was very professional.

Great staff, ALWAYS prompt, professional, friendly. I especially love the electronic appointment reminders. Luckily, I have never had any dental issues, but the routine cleanings are great.
Steve is the best dental hygienist. He is very thorough and gentle. Your entire office staff is especially friendly and reception always remembers who I am.
