I was a new patient and I was blown away by the service and level of detail that went into my examination and cleaning. Coming from a mother who was a Dental Assistant, I was very impressed and will recommend Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone.

I live in Dallas TX and was on the flight to PS...when a crown broke and fell out. After a google search of nearby dentists, I chose Dr Shepherd. What a lucky choice!! The office staff was able to work me in for an appointment that same morning. Everyone on the staff was super nice and welcoming. Within 30 minutes I had a temporary crown placed on my tooth and was able to resume my vacation. I wish I lived here so they could be my full-time dentist office. So professional and friendly!! Got a new tooth today. In and out quickly. Dr and assistant were superb. Very professional and pleasant.
Dr. Shepherd's practice is very polite, offering water and pleasant greeting. I had a cleaning with Mr. Steven Wood, who is very friendly, which allows me to relax. Over years they have all taught me how to improve my dental care. They're great people!!
Steve is not only good at what he does, but he is great at engaging with clients to make them feel welcome, respected, and cared for.

Steve is kind, thorough, gentle, and utterly professional. He does a fantastic job cleaning but he also flagged an issue that he saw to the Dr. That issue ended up being a bad root canal done by a previous dentist. Steve's sharp eye allowed me to get the root canal fixed and saved my tooth. Thank you Steve
