LOVE STEVE..
I have been going to this office for over 10 years and always enjoy the experience. Quick check in, because they know my name when I walk in. Cara, my hygienist is very professional and provides excellent care. Peta, the office manager is fabulous, efficient and welcoming. We always have such nice conversations and I always leave the office with a smile on my face. They are great with emergencies, working me in quickly. Dr Shepard is gentle and friendly. The office staff was so forward in receptivity! My appointment was accommodated on time! I mention both as such has not been my experience in the past! What really impresses me is the conscientiousness and consideration of each person I encounter! The added touches of suggesting a bathroom run before going home and offering water to boot! Just really love my new dental family! Thank you! I actually look forward to my next dental visit! Never ever thought I'd be saying that! So appreciative!

Those folks have set the bar very high.
I have tried other dental offices in the Coachella Valley, and just keeping coming back to Palm Springs Family Dentistry because of their efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. My hygienist Cara is always a delight, very personable and engaging me in everyday conservation before we get to my cleaning. The entire staff helps me get on with my day with indeed a brighter smile on my face! Please keep up the excellent work! :)
