I have been going here for over two years. Trish is the one I see the most and she is great. I had a couple of questions today and she knew the answers. She is extremely professional and friendly. The entire staff is always pleasant, and Dr. Shepard is as good as it gets.

The appointment was great as usual, with one small snafu....the hygienist knocked a corner of my permanent retainer loose and I have to go to my orthodontist to get it reglued. A minor inconvenience for me but more for the orthodontist since I am flying out tomorrow afternoon and they have to squeeze me into their already existing full schedule.

No one likes to go to the dentist, but the minute you walk in to Palm Springs Dentistry till you leave everyone is so friendly. It makes you want to come back. I leave every time with my mouth feeling better than I came in. Can't recommend it more.

The entire office staff under the leadership of Dr. Scott Shepherd is more than amazing in every facet of their expertise and professionalism! Cara, my hygienist, is absolutely fabulous and funny. Peta, office manager, and Blanca make a great team with the rest of their colleagues! You will never dread going to the dentist again!!!
