I just came in for my first appointment and I must say I was impressed from the time I came into the front door. I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was then taken for my exam and xrays and again I was impressed by the warm and friendly exchange. Then I met Dr. Shepherd and was blown away by his friendly approach and informative exam. So glad I came and it may sound weird but I look forward to my next visit.
Always a friendly and professional visit at this place. All costs and options explained upfront, with knowledgeable staff and Dr Shepherd was quick and pain free.

Maybe it’s because I’ve been going there since Dr. Shepherd took over the practice, but it helps overcome the “fear of going to the dentist” when everyone is so warm and welcoming in addition to to being highly skilled and professional in their work. Friendliness aside, I really appreciate Trish’s tips for maintaining dental hygiene at home — it’s been a while since I’ve had a cavity and my teeth are a shade whiter than they were a year ago.

Very careful and warmth and informative. Good support combined with clear concise communication. Often supportive with clear explanations. Excellent clinical care and very warm and concise support staff. Basically a clear feeling of support and clinical care with good communication and rapid planning with twists and turns of ongoing dental changes.
Have been going there since they opened. the dentists are caring and good at what they do and the hygenists are great too. Had a lot of dentists over the years but Palm Springs Dentistry is the best!
