I love this dental office and all the staff! This was my first visit to the Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry office and I could not be more pleased. All of the staff, doctors and assistants did all they could to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They all were very genuine with their concern for my comfort. I've never been able to say I've looked forward to going to the dentist until coming here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Trish, is the most gentle hygienist I've ever had. I always feel like I'm getting a very honest assessment about my dental health and never feel like I'm being upsold on expensive treatments as I've had with other dentists in the past. I highly recommend Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
This is such a good dentistry practice. Dr. Sheppard is so gentle and always asks what to do to keep you feeling good. I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard and his experienced team. They are the best.
