Always a positive experience with Cara. Peta is always so welcoming...makes me feel relaxed as I am always a bit nervous as the dentist office is not my favorite place to be.

I've been a patient for several years!!!! Beginning with the receptionist you feel that you are in good hands. My dental hygienist is excellent and makes you feel quite comfortable during the procedure.

Every time I'm here makes me wonder why I avoided the dentist for so many years. Oh, that's right, most dentist offices aren't like this. But here, everyone is treated like a friend coming to visit. It's actually a pleasure to go to the dentist. And when have you ever thought THAT before?
The experience is always nice, great front desk staff but of course Cara is the superstar of it all :-)
Dr Shepherd is my new friend and favourite dentist! Such a caring person who took time to listen and answer questions. All staff I encountered were very pleasant.I have already recommended him to another long stay Canadian.
