Very incompetent office personnel. I work in dispatching and this office (meaning Iris) obviously does not know the basics of her job. Never using this company again and beware anyone else wanting to use them , their office personnel will call you to change the price of the service simply because Iris does not know how to search addresses when clients are calling to book appts. Very responsive and knowledgeable. We count on them to keep us pest free.
The pest control guy does not do gis full job. He supposed to spray around the entire apartment property. He never does that and ge only sprays the apartments that are on the list for pest maintenance. Also he never sprays all of the apartments that are on the list. He doesn't spray anywhere outside of the apartments. As his contract states, this business is all around lazy and not professional. 0 stars
