No confidence in their service department. Came in with an oil leak from my 2016 Nissan Titan XD and they said it was $2700 to fix leak, after road test there’s still a leak now it’s from broken dip stick and another $1600 to fix. By the time I get home there’s still oil leaking.. Not our responsibility they say….
The salesman Seth R********* is not trustworthy and took advantage of me. Also, the Service personnel did not know what they were doing most of the time, saying I would be charged for service, than informing me there would be no charge. I was told I needed to buy new tires that, according to much research, should have been under warranty for 80,000 miles, but were not safe to drice after only 27,000 mies! I will be contacting Nissan executives regarding the poor treatment I have received at the Nissan Dealership.
Service Department REEKS of POT! it is DISGUSTING & Overwhelming! I don't understand how employees are allowed to work with machinery & drive customer vehicles after smoking pot. Arriving to the Service Bay, I could barely breathe due to the smell. Then, once my vehicle was serviced, I left with my vehicle smelling like pot. it took 2 days to get the smell out! Manager claims it is because of a dispensary that is behind them, but that doesn't seem true, because you can't smell it from the parking lot - ONLY in the service ba... read more
I was wanting to purchase a vehicle this weekend, I also wanted to keep my tax dollars near where I live rather than go somewhere else. They said they would match what the other dealerships OTD price was. The other dealership refused to give me a breakdown of what I was paying for. So I told Loab who works in finance what their OTD price was at the other dealership. He said they would match it. I said perfect and asked for a breakdown of the fees etc, I noticed an alarm was on the quote. Aparently they added an "alarm" on ev... read more
We bought a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum in May of 2019. Love the suv but soon after we had problems getting our personalized plates from our trade in on to our new vehicle. Seemed odd because it was all done in our contract. So we never were able to get it. Then in Dec 2019 we get a letter from CA DMV stating our registration was never completed by the dealership. After months of calls, emails, and texts of them saying it was there fault and they were working on it. We get another notice from DMV saying our renewal was suspe... read more
I have nothing to gain, but to warn others of unsavory, incompetent business practices. Palm Springs Nissan Service Dept wasted 2 days, 140 miles driving, 7 gals of gas, and 100 degree hot winds blowing in my car due to a broken window. As a military spouse, I wouldn’t recommend any Marines or friends to go to Palm Springs Nissan. Here’s why... 1st call: “Garett” gave me an estimate of $750 to fix my driver side window. My VIN was on file. I delayed because I went out of town. 2nd call: “Garett” gave me another quote of $275... read more
