I have a Mazda CX30 and Thank you with a million stars! The service manager, Ignacio Cazares has always been helpful and understanding. I am happy that he cares about driver's safety. I was given grace to have my car serviced today after having an oversight and scheduling for next week. My wife brought her 2017 Mazda 6 to this Dealer thinking she needed a New transmission. Per( AAMCO)in palm springs. the Dealer diagnosed the problem as a simple transmission Flush. These People are Honest and very up front about what they will charge. I definitely would go back to this Dealer with any car problems in the Future. Full disclosure: While I didn't close a deal on my vehicle with this dealership, I wanted to wait until the 'new car excitment' wore off. This review is based on some email/text back and forth with Alen. This dude hustled for me. Alen was professional, and if their dealership wasn't a 3-hour drive from my home, our deal would have closed.
